Parish of Guardian Angel / St. Columba

English / Español

Confirmation is a Catholic sacrament of mature Christian commitment and a deepening of baptismal gifts. Like Baptism and Eucharist, it is a Sacrament of Initiation. It perfects our Baptism and brings us the graces of the Holy Spirit that were granted to the Apostles on Pentecost Sunday.

Preparations for Confirmation begin in the 10th grade and students are confirmed in the fall of their junior year of high school. Click here for information on religious education classes.
